A: Yes you can. If not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange as long as you have your original receipt.

A: USPS. Let us know by email if you’re returning or you need and exchange for a different size.

Q:Will my return or exchange be denied?

A: While rarely exercised, without a receipt, denial can happen. If garment is not in original condition, denial can happen.

Q: What should I do if order shipped wrong?

A: Let us know by email, orders@eturnal.com, and we will replace and resend your order, as long as you have proof of original receipt.


Return By Mail (online purchase only)

1. Pack your return in the original shipping if possible.

2. Include the packing slip.

3. Include all original packing material and accessories.

Refunds will be credited to the original credit card.
